SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate per order
- West Malaysia RM9 (PosLaju)/RM13 (Citilink). Estimated shipping time 1-3 business days
- East Malaysia RM15 (Poslaju). Estimated shipping time 3-5 business days
All items in stock are shipped from our location in Selangor.
Items are sent with PosLaju/Citilink. Tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch.
If you have an account when placing the order, you can also track your package in your account page.
FREE SHIPPING
Shipping charges are waived for
- West Malaysia (PosLaju) with purchase of RM100 & above in a single receipt
- West Malaysia (Citilink) with purchase of RM150 & above in a single receipt
- East Malaysia (PosLaju) with purchase of RM150 & above in a single receipt
PREORDERS
Standard shipping rates apply for preorders.
Preorder cutoff dates are the end of 2nd week of the month & last day of the month.
Estimated arrival time for preorders is 7-14 days after cutoff date.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We cannot accept changes or cancellations after items are dispatched.
For preorders, we cannot accept cancellations upon confirmation of the order.
Refunds for cancelled orders are given as in-store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
