Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us to arrange a refund for in-store credit or an exchange for another item. We regret that we do not offer cash refunds.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Item can only be exchanged for an item of the same kind, i.e. clothing cannot be exchanged for accessories.

Any price differences are to be paid by the customer or provided as in-store credit.

Free shipping is not available for refunds & exchanges.
All shipping fees for refunds & exchanges are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

For refunds on orders given free shipping, the waived shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

ELIGIBILITY

Please contact us within 5 days from date of receipt of items.

Item must be in the same condition as received:

  • Undamaged & Unstained (Minor loose threads are not considered as damage)
  • Unworn & Unwashed

Item must be returned with original contents including:

  • Original label & tagging attached
  • Original packaging & other included materials
  • The receipt or proof of purchase

Items not eligible for returns & exchanges:

  • Promotional & sale items
  • Exchanged items
  • Items paid with in-store credit

We will provide you the return address. Please do not send items without contacting us first.
Please provide us a tracking number if available.

Your request will be processed within 3 working days after inspection of the returned item.
